Turkey Meatballs


Turkey Meatballs
This one is a twist on Guinea Pig's mom's recipe.  We were looking to make it a little bit healthier by using turkey instead of beef.  Added some mushrooms for moistness and parsley for color and flavor.  Other than that, not much was changed.

Both Guinea Pig and I were pleasantly surprised by the outcome.  The 'balls were nice and moist and tasted great!  Next time we'll be chopping the mushrooms up finer and adding more parsley.
